Administration Assistant

About the Role

Harrogate College is seeking an Administration Assistant to join its administration team.
We are a friendly, enthusiastic team with a passion for working with a diverse group of people to deliver an outstanding customer experience to our students, visitors and stakeholders. We take pride in guiding our students on their journey to achieve their aspirations.

What You Will Do

  • Provide all aspects of administration support to the College.
  • Assist in data entry for enrolments and admissions.
  • Maintain student records and produce letters as necessary.
  • Deal with enquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times.

About You

  • Be able to communicate well at all levels.
  • Have good attention to detail.
  • Work flexibly in line with business needs.
  • Be willing to learn and develop new skills.
  • Experience of working in a customer-focused role/environment.

About Us

Harrogate College has excellent facilities and provides a professional and friendly environment. We have recently been awarded £16m of government funding to transform our campus. The energy-efficient new building will include a workshop unit that provides large scale facilities aligned to industry needs including advanced manufacturing, low carbon construction, retrofit, sustainable energy and bioeconomy, health science and hospitality. This will complement the college’s existing tech centre which is home to its motor vehicle, electrical, joinery and welding workshops.
