Advanced Practitioner - Teaching, Learning & Assessment

What You Will Do

• Lead on training and development across curriculum departments.
• Support and guide colleagues to continuously improve through mentoring and coaching.
• Conduct quality assurance activities that inform and shape improvement strategies.
• Dedicate one day per week to teaching within your area of expertise.

About You

• A proven track record of good or better teaching, learning, and assessment.
• A confident and empathetic approach to mentoring, coaching, and professional development.
• A passion for sharing best practices and driving continuous improvement.
• Have a good level of digital skills and be confident in the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI).
• Experience in sixth form education is desirable, but not essential.
• Have a good sense of humour!
