As an Advanced Practitioner, you will collaborate with curriculum departments and provide expert support to enhance teaching, learning, and assessment for students and apprentices across the group.

What You Will Do
- Lead on training and development across curriculum departments.
- Support and guide colleagues to continuously improve through mentoring and coaching.
- Conduct quality assurance activities that inform and shape improvement strategies.
- Dedicate one day per week to teaching within your area of expertise.
About You
- A proven track record of good or better teaching, learning, and assessment.
- A confident and empathetic approach to mentoring, coaching, and professional development.
- A passion for sharing best practices and driving continuous improvement.
- Have a good level of digital skills and be confident in the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI).
- Have a good sense of humour!
