About the Role
This is a 2 years fixed term contract.
The HE Quality and Standards Directorate at Lumiate Education Group have an exciting new opportunity for a Business Analyst to join the HE MIS team.
Working across both Leeds Conservatoire and University Centre Leeds, the postholder will support teams in enhancing the use of the new student record system, Tribal’s SITS, and all business systems and processes, making recommendations for future efficiencies.
What You Will Do
- Develop interactive solutions to deliver efficient processes and workflows that result in effective functionality and usability to end users.
- Working with colleagues across Leeds Conservatoire and University Centre Leeds, the post holder will have responsibility for collecting, processing, and interpreting information from various sources across the institution, and working with the wider MIS team to ensure reports and dashboards provide the required insights and recommendations needed by stakeholders.
- Process mapping taking a student- and service-centred approach to make recommendations for improvement.
- Provide guidance and best practice on data collection, process planning, and implementation.
About You
- Excellent working knowledge and experience of key technological platforms and applications i.e. Tribal SITS.
- Experience of working on transformation projects and including creation of process maps.
- Working knowledge of Advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with identifying inefficiencies and suggesting improvements.
- Ability to communicate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
