Course Leader - Multi Skills - Building Services

What You Will Do

• Lead the development, delivery and evaluation of selected courses (covering areas such as carpentry, plumbing, brickwork, and basic electrical skills).

• Ensure schemes of work and lesson plans are ambitious, well-sequenced, and meet awarding body and industry requirements.

• Monitor and track learner progress, ensuring timely interventions and support.

• Drive high achievement, retention and progression rates.

About You

• Teaching qualification (PGCE/Cert Ed/DTLLS or willingness to achieve).

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in a relevant construction or Multiskills discipline.

• Experience of teaching or training within FE, skills, or industry settings.

• Strong organisational skills and ability to lead curriculum delivery.

• Up-to-date knowledge of health & safety and safeguarding requirements.
