About the Role

Part-time contract: 22.2 hours per week (actual salary for the role commencing at £14,186 with progression to £14,595 per annum)

Monday to Friday, 13.00pm to 17.30pm

This is a great opportunity for an excellent customer service professional to join our team at Leeds Conservatoire as a Customer Experience Assistant and Administrator. The customer experience assistant will support reception and box office functions and contribute to the effective operation of Leeds Conservatoire by providing a high standard of customer care to students, staff, and visitors at all times.

What You Will Do

The Customer Experience Assistant and Administration will contribute to the high level of reception service delivered to students, staff, stakeholders and external visitors to exceed their expectations. This will include providing information and advice and ensuring relevant queries have an appropriately managed handover and post-query resolution. It will also involve supporting wider teams with open events, commercial events, concerts, and other management of visitors for internal and external activities on site. The post holder will also offer general administrative support to the Quality and Standards directorate as required.

The Customer Experience Assistant and Adminstrative will do this by working flexibly in line with business needs including evenings and some weekends.

About You

  • Experience of working on Front of House or in a customer service role
  • Experience of using a range of IT packages, including Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of confidentiality and data protection
  • You should be able to discuss and evidence high standards of customer service skills and communication with different types of stakeholders eg staff, students, parents, visitors, and so on.
