This is a rewarding opportunity to teach and support aspiring teachers across our Certificate in Education, Learning and Skills Teacher Apprenticeships, and Professional Graduate Certificate in Education programmes. You'll play a vital role in guiding students through both the theory and practice of teaching, learning, and assessment in the post-14 education sector.

What You Will Do
- Designing and developing engaging schemes of work, lesson plans, and high-quality learning and assessment resources.
- Delivering and assessing core knowledge and skills to support trainees’ development and success.
- Carrying out workplace observations, offering constructive feedback and guidance to trainee teachers.
- Staying up to date with sector developments, including the Initial Teacher Education (ITE) framework and subject-specific trends.
- Using a range of teaching methods—including digital tools—to enhance learning and ensure an inclusive experience for all.
- Applying research-informed, innovative approaches to teaching, learning, and assessment to continually improve outcomes.
About You
- A passionate and forward-thinking educator with experience in the Further Education sector.
- Skilled in delivering engaging, inclusive lessons using innovative teaching methods and digital tools.
- Committed to continuous professional development and improving learner outcomes.
- Experience teaching on teacher education programmes, with a focus on active learning and differentiation.
- A reflective practitioner who supports the development of confident, capable future educators.
- Holds a Level 5 teaching qualification (e.g. Cert Ed, PGCE).
- Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in a relevant subject area.
