About the Role
We have a great opportunity for an HR Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the quality of HR data and HR reporting activities, working in partnership with HR colleagues and managers across the group to continually improve data quality.
You will support the HR Systems Manager in the maintenance & development of the HR System.
The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of GDPR governance and will ensure all HR data is protected and aligned across our systems to accurately reflect business position.
What You Will Do
- Create and deliver daily/weekly/monthly reports for the service.
- Responsible for audits across our HR Systems and maintaining data integrity & quality
- Plan and produce external reports to comply with statutory and legislative requirements
- Analyse and interpret workforce information to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Manage the compilation of regular and ad hoc reports.
- Day-to-day running of the HR system (iTrent) providing systems administration, user support, and routine maintenance as required.
About You
- Used to working with sensitive data and the guidelines that support it.
- Analytical with the ability to manipulate, present and analyse data.
- Work accurately, with attention to detail.
- A strong communicator – both written and verbal.
- Used to organising your own time and working to deadlines.
- Flexible with the ability to juggle tasks to meet changing priorities.
- Familiar with HR Operations activities & systems desirable.
