About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Data & Systems Analyst to join our team. This role is key to ensuring the effective management, integrity, and development of our HR systems, while providing high-quality data insights to support decision-making across the organisation.
You will play a vital role in maintaining and improving our HR systems, analysing workforce data to identify trends and opportunities, and delivering clear, meaningful reports to stakeholders. You will help drive continuous improvement, enhance the employee experience, and ensure our systems and reporting meet both organisational and statutory requirements.
We offer hybrid working for this role, with a base at our Park Lane Campus, conveniently located just a short walk from the train station.
What You Will Do
- Provide day-to-day administration, maintenance, and user support for the HR system (iTrent).
- Analyse workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and present clear, timely reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the HR system, including maintaining organisational structures and providing user training.
- Configure and develop system functionality, working with IT, Payroll, and suppliers to resolve issues and improve performance.
- Support system integration, continuous improvement projects, and compliance with statutory and legislative reporting requirements.
About You
- Educated to degree level or equivalent(relevant degree – Computer Science, IT, Business Management) or the ability to demonstrate equivalent experience.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and produce clear, insightful management reports.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and online platforms, particularly Excel and Word.
- Excellent organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to improve systems and processes, solve complex problems, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with the confidence to provide training, guidance, and support to colleagues.
