About the Role

Fixed Term till December 2024

The HR Team supporting the Luminate Education Group is a busy, supportive and progressive group of professionals.  We offer HR support to all member of the Luminate Education Group.  

We are looking for an dynamic HR Project Manager to help drive our current strategic projects that will help shape the future of our Group.

We are based at Park Lane Campus however travel is required to our other campuses, all of which are easily accessible by bus/train or car.

Interviews for this role will be on Monday 22 January 2024.

 

What You Will Do

  • Take charge of HR projects from conception to completion, ensuring they align with Group strategy/goals and contribute to our overall success.
  • Collaborate with the wider HR team and Group to develop project plans, set milestones, and establish measurable objectives that drive innovation and efficiency.
  • Lead change initiatives by fostering a positive and adaptive culture, ensuring smooth transitions for teams and individuals.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, communicating project updates, milestones, and addressing concerns proactively.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring projects stay on course and are delivered within scope, on time, and within budget.

About You

  • A relevant professional qualification
  • Ability to demonstrate significant and substantial experience/knowledge of change management
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices.
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge and experience of initiating, planning and implementing HR projects and initiatives including Job Evaluation
