The School of Animal Care and Land Management offers a wide range of study programmes, apprenticeships and Higher Education (HE). This role is predominantly a support role, focused on developing the campus grounds to ensure they reflect the high standards of our horticulture curriculum. There will also be opportunities to support horticulture practical classes. As part of this apprenticeship, the successful candidate will be required to undertake off-the-job training, which will be delivered by an external training provider.
This role will be based mainly at Temple Newsam, but on occasion, you may be required to work at other campuses, such as Printworks or the University Centre. As this is a practical role working in the grounds of the estate, the successful candidate should ideally have some experience working in a similar setting.
