International Marketing Coordinator

About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity to appoint International Marketing Coordinator. You will be working within the International team to achieve overall international student targets at Luminate Education Group.

You will join this ambitious new team and contribute to Luminate Education Group’s overall strategy by supporting marketing needs and driving sales support across a range of stakeholders & ultimately deliver recruitment via marketing activities, promotion, campaigns and bespoke materials in b2b and direct channels.

What You Will Do

  • Responsible for supporting international student marketing and with particular emphasis on overseas agents, supporting their needs and driving associated marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Instrumental in implementing comprehensive marketing plans aligned with our recruitment goals. Collaboration will be key as you work closely with our global recruitment and UK marketing teams to maximize opportunities for cross-promotion and collaboration.
  • Help develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan that aligns with recruitment priorities.
  • Working with UK counterparts create digital media content including videos, photography, newsletters, blogs, and vlogs
  • Support marketing campaigns and produce content for flyers, testimonials, prospectus
  • Collaborate with marketing teams at Luminate overall ensuring brand consistency through close teamwork
  • Develop and maintain a digital asset library to store photography and video footage
  • Support recruitment staff on their travels where marketing and sales support required
  • Attend events if required from time to time overseas and local UK
  • Provide information and data to enable reports to be collated

About You

  • Professional, flexible and self-motivated individual
  • International or UK student marketing experience
  • A Marketing Qualification is desirable
  • International student recruitment industry desirable
  • Educated to a degree level or equivalent
  • Highly organised individual, with initiative
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven track record in building and managing effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders in marketing or sales -both internal and external
  • Relevant English and Maths Qualifications
  • Experience of carrying out and analysing market research and reviewing campaign performance
  • A clear understanding of digital marketing and use of new digital technologies
