Learning Support Assistant (LSA) - Animal Care and Land Management

What You Will Do

• Support practical and theory lessons 
• Working under direction of the teacher to provide small group support in class
• Working under direction of the teacher providing 1:1 support where required
• Working alongside teaching staff to assess, monitor and review progress of pupils 
• Completion of SEND plans 

About You

• We are looking for a candidate who can demonstrate the necessary enthusiasm and skill to communicate at all levels of the college.
• We are looking for a candidate who likes working both inside and outside. The role includes supporting practical lessons so the candidate must like animals and being outside.
