MIS Campus Support Officer

Keighley College is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Campus MIS Support Officer to provide effective support within a busy educational setting. The role requires a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service, along with experience of working in a fast-paced administrative environment.

You will be joining a friendly and enthusiastic team that is passionate about working with a diverse range of people to ensure a positive and high-quality experience for students, staff, visitors, and stakeholders.

The college is conveniently located close to the town centre, with easy access to local transport links.

What You Will Do

  • Support the delivery of effective campus MIS and administrative services, including systems, student records, timetabling, resourcing, and registry functions.

  • Assist the School Administration and Customer Service Team Leader with organising and allocating MIS and administrative workloads across the team.

  • Work closely with curriculum managers and academic staff to support the smooth delivery of MIS and administrative services across the campus.

  • Manage day-to-day curriculum administration, including handling enquiries, producing correspondence, and responding to face-to-face and written queries.

  • Liaise with curriculum teams to support accurate and timely absence monitoring, recording, and follow-up with students.

  • Support student enrolment processes across the campus, working collaboratively with curriculum teams, central MIS, and marketing to ensure efficient enrolment services.

About You

  • Literacy and numeracy qualifications at Level 2 or above
  • Strong decision-making ability with sound judgement

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Highly developed problem-solving skills

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

  • Confident and competent IT skills

  • Experience in data manipulation, analysis, and reporting
