Progress Mentor - 14+ Academies (Reduced Year)

About the Role

Please note that the college will close from 20 December for the festive break. Shortlisting and interviews will take place in January 2025.

This is a reduced year role: 40 weeks per year.

This is an exciting opportunity to join Leeds College as a Progress Mentor in our Outstanding (OFSTED Feb 2018) 14+ Academies. We are seeking a dynamic, talented and resilient individual to support our learners. The post holder will work closely with all staff in a wide-ranging role designed to help our learners’ progress both developmentally and academically.

The 14+ Academies is a safe and inclusive environment that is accepting of everyone. The design and ethos of the 14+ Academies allows young people to flourish with smaller class sizes, a reduced curriculum, and focus on vocational based learning. The 14+ Academies provides opportunities to young people to maximise their potential, raise aspirations and embrace their individuality. Relationship building is at the heart of it’s ethos, and a high staff to student ratio allows learners to thrive and develop holistically.
