About the Role
This is a Fixed Term contract for 18 months (duration of the apprenticeship).
Apprenticeship pay rates for this post are dependent on age. Please see below for the applicable rates:
Level 3 Apprenticeship Rates:
- 18-20 years - £19,871 per annum
- 21+ years - £23,555 per annum
Based across University Centre Leeds & Leeds Conservatoire
This is an exciting opportunity for an appropriate candidate to join our HE Quality and Standards Directorate in a new role as Quality Apprentice Administrator. As part of the Quality team you will work alongside directorate colleagues to provide shared Quality and Standards services at Leeds Conservatoire and University Centre Leeds, whilst studying towards the Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship.
What You Will Do
This apprentice will complete administrative tasks such as record keeping, written communications, audition information, and meeting administration (such as booking meetings and taking minutes).
You will support the Quality Team to ensure accuracy of information and documentation as well as gain knowledge and skills important in the apprenticeship, and to support progression into roles following the apprenticeship.
About You
You will have a good understanding of IT and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, as well as strong communication skills. Organisation skills will be essential, and some experience in administration or customer service would be advantageous.
