About the Role

This in an exciting opportunity to join the Resourcing team at Luminate Education as we deliver our people strategy. Based in Leeds we offer hybrid working, with great benefits including 27 days holiday and 17% pension contribution and CPD opportunities. The team is part of a HR shared service function which supports hiring managers across the group. We recruit staff in Further and Higher Education across curriculum roles at a number of different campuses across Yorkshire and a range of business support roles based in Leeds. 

This role supports the Head of Resourcing and Resourcing Business Partners to deliver a positive candidate experience and support the team with a range of administrative tasks. You will be a brand ambassador for our department and enjoy liaising with candidates and hiring managers to ensure they are supported fully throughout their recruitment journeys.

What You Will Do

  • support hiring managers with recruitment queries relating to our applicant tracking system and processes
  • be responsible for recruitment metrics and reporting
  • ensure our attraction strategies are suitable across our range of vacancies
  • have responsibility for publishing vacancies and ensuring our job adverts are accurate and meet internal guidelines
  • support with careers fairs and recruitment related events
  • general administrative support

About You

  • customer focused 
  • experience of working with a number of different systems and IT packages
  • used to working to deadlines with a number of different priorities
  • Interested in social media and improving the groups presence online
  • strong communication skills both verbally and written
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • desire to improve processes and efficiency
