What You Will Do
- You’ll plan and deliver engaging workshops, group support sessions, and one-to-one appointments that help students build their independent learning, digital, and wider study skills.
- You’ll create clear, practical, and easy-to-use learning resources — including induction materials and student guides — designed to support students throughout their journey.
- Managing your own student caseload, you’ll schedule appointments, track progress, and keep accurate records using our internal systems (ProMonitor and Navigate), ensuring every student receives consistent and effective support.
- You’ll actively champion the development of independent learning, as well as English and maths skills, encouraging all students to build confidence in these essential areas.
- As a friendly and approachable presence within the iLearn hubs and wider college study spaces, you’ll help create a positive, safe, and welcoming environment where students feel comfortable and motivated to study.
